A lovely setting, pleasant servers! This is my second time at La Mare aux Canards, and I had a great meal again. The duck is excellent, and what can I say about Jean-Luc's brioche?

Lunch with colleagues. The Sauvignon Blanc was excellent, the egg mayonnaise was good and nicely presented (an extra half-egg would have been welcome), the Bourgueil and beef bourguignon were very good, and the profiterole was outstanding! Friendly and efficient service.

Disappointed by the meal. Hard fries and chips, rib-eye steaks too thin when we wanted them rare. A plus for the duck and the setting.

01/03/2026: Isn't there a six-star rating to give? A truly beautiful place; nature, the pond, and the restaurant all blend seamlessly into the same landscape. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Excellent cuisine. Magnificent. 👍 See you soon.
01/03/2026: Overall, a positive experience. The food was good. However, there was very little choice on the menu, and everything we wanted was out of stock. The service was courteous but far too slow. As for the seating, we weren't very comfortable, as the seats were at different heights, which wasn't pleasant.
