Warm welcome. Friendly owner. Simple but excellent cuisine. It's a shame we were the only guests that evening.

Excellent pasta. We had spaghetti carbonara and tagliatelle saumon fume and a ravioli. The waiter was very attentive.

The menu was very varied, there was something for everyone at very reasonable prices, and the service was impeccable.

I absolutely loved it! I was so surprised! When I saw the menu, I thought the value for money was excellent, so I tried it and wow! What beautiful presentation and what an experience! Simple, delicate, and thoughtful. The redcurrants and blueberries with the salmon tartlet... Thank you. You delighted my taste buds, my health, and soothed my soul. 😄 You're going to become my new go-to spot. You can tell this restaurant has a long history. That it has preserved its love of French gastronomy and the art of fine dining. As a "young" person, I truly felt like I had tasted a wonderful past. Thank you for everything!

A loyal customer for a year now, I've never been disappointed by La Maréchalerie. It's my favorite spot for a welcome break during my work trips to Digne. The food is excellent, the setting pleasant, and the welcome always very warm. The value for money is truly remarkable. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I had read many negative reviews for this restaurant, but, sorry, I loved it! The menus were reasonably priced, the portions were very generous and excellent, so much so that I couldn't even have dessert! Personally, I recommend it.
