A wonderful Valentine's Day discovery, just a 5-minute walk from Nancy thermal baths (via a stroll through the wooded park).
The chef is welcoming, the cuisine is sophisticated, and the presentation is beautiful. Excellent value for money.

Excellent place, everything is there, a super welcome from the owner himself in the kitchen, a quality-price ratio that's become rare! The menu changes regularly with fresh products, a real treat!

While simply looking for a restaurant that welcomed children, dogs, and adults, we stopped at this "hunting lodge" 🤣 (a nod to the owner who will recognize himself). The welcome, the food, and the atmosphere all lived up to this rating. We had a lovely Sunday lunch at home. We had a very pleasant time and enjoyed traditional yet contemporary cuisine. The best part: the homemade bread, cut to order. A very friendly, energetic, smiling, and attentive young waitress. The only downside: it's not well-known enough for our liking! Highly recommended!! We will definitely return as soon as we have the opportunity to visit Nancy again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The owner/chef is warm and energetic. Excellent value for money. Plenty of choice. Fresh and well-prepared ingredients.
Some background music in the dining room would be a welcome addition.

I've been going to La Marianne for a good ten years now. It's the restaurant in my grandparents' neighborhood. Delicious, authentic French dishes, sometimes even with a modern twist. The owner is very welcoming, and I know he takes good care of my grandfather, who has become a regular over time. There's a family atmosphere that's hard to find in restaurants these days.
It's a real gem, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Special mention for: the Royan ravioli, the homemade terrine, the duck breast (when it's on the menu), the chicken supreme, and the lime cloud for dessert (which I've been ordering every time for years).

Perfect, a little moment alone at lunchtime, a small restaurant found on the internet, it doesn't look like much, a simple interior with a boss, waiter and cook, who wants you to feel good. Simple, efficient and good.
