La Marjolaine sur Venosc

12/04/2026: A warm and friendly restaurant. Delicious burgers with homemade fries. Perfect for a tasty and unpretentious break.

10/03/2026: When you pull up to this restaurant in the tiny village of Venosc, it looks very inviting... and it is. Unfortunately, we were expecting a proper regional dish, and the tartiflette was practically devoid of cheese with three or four lardons barely visible, the croziflette had little flavor (and hardly any lardons), and the duck leg was served with three salad leaves in vinaigrette... At €20 a dish, it doesn't exactly showcase the region's culinary expertise. We regretted our decision not to go to the two other restaurants in the village that had better Google ratings...
