Great pizzas in the 16th arrondissement! Very affordable prices and very friendly staff. I recommend it :)

When I entered the store with a suitcase, the staff helped me with the step at the door. I was very happy. They seemed to realize I was Japanese and said, "Thank you." I was happy that the staff were friendly. The food was also delicious.

One of the best pizzerias in Paris, if not the best, and certainly the best in the 16th arrondissement! It's called La Matta, but it could just as easily be called "GGG" for Generosity, Joy, and Taste! It's exactly what you expect from a pizza: - A good size. - Perfectly cooked. - Not a single empty spot on the pizza. - The ingredients are excellent. And it's exactly what you expect from restaurant service: - Friendly. - Helpful. - Responsive. - Attentive to detail. For example: When cleaning the table, the person who served me carefully placed their hand on the edge of the table to protect me from splashes of the spray and held it there to protect me from crumbs that might have fallen on my pants when they wiped it down. When the table isn't already set when we arrive, this simple gesture might seem obvious, but I've never seen it anywhere else. They don't overdo it; you can eat in peace. They demonstrate great integrity in their work while also having a sense of humor. And when they speak, the sounds of Italy fill your ears. It's so easy to be disappointed when eating in Paris, so when you get such a wonderful surprise as this, it's truly delightful! Bravissimo! Complimenti! Alla prossima!
