Found this nice little bar along one of the streets. A nice welcome by the staff and seated promptly. We came around 6 and the kitchen only opens at 6pm. Huge variety of drinks available. Prices are reasonable and comfortable seating area with nice chill vibes. Will return next time to try the food.

The perfect place for an evening with friends or as a couple. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly, you feel right at home! The staff is welcoming and attentive. My friend, who is gluten-free, even got gluten-free bread ;) Fantastic!

What a great find! Fantastic atmosphere! Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nice selection of unusual wines. The tapas and dishes are delicious. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic evening! The place was really cool, the music was great, and the food was amazing: smoked trout, truffle eggs mayonnaise, octopus with carrot, lemon, and fennel purée 😋, oysters, chocolate mousse, rice pudding—everything was delicious!! Thank you!! 🙏

We just came here for a glass of wine, but it has the cutest atmosphere. I would've loved to go back for food, as the food menu looked awesome. The wine was great. Would recommend if you're in Aix!

04/04/2026: A real treat and perfect service!
02/04/2026: We went there for lunch, the three of us. We're French students in Aix-en-Provence and we're from Spain. The woman who greeted us was absolutely lovely. She was very attentive, taking into account the wind so we could be comfortably seated, and she was also very patient with us since we don't speak French very well yet. The food was excellent. I had a pear hot dog, which was absolutely delicious, and some fries to share. I highly recommend this place if you're in Aix-en-Provence.

Grand Hôtel Roi René

29/04/2026: The hotel is very well located in Aix, close to all amenities. It has been tastefully renovated and, above all, the staff are wonderful, from the housekeeping to the dining room and reception staff. They always have a kind word and a thoughtful touch! It's the only hotel I've stayed in so far where everyone is so incredibly friendly.
28/04/2026: Great hotel. Well located and close to the old town - perfect parking - very professional and attentive staff - super clean room and excellent, very friendly housekeeper - very varied breakfast. Room 235 is a bit small for moving around and for luggage, but still nice.
