This kitchen team is absolutely top-notch... Fast service, beautiful presentation, perfect cooking whether it's meat or fish... Great flavor and dishes with character... I was very, very pleasantly surprised... I highly recommend this establishment, which for me is a benchmark in Gap right now... Bravo to the whole team, and goodness knows I'm getting picky (getting older 😊)

We had a wonderful birthday evening. La Menthe Poivrée always manages to create truly original flavors and unexpected combinations, consistently excellent and presented with a beautiful and refined aesthetic.
We received a very warm welcome, and our experience lived up to our expectations. The chefs and pastry chefs are truly excellent; you can really tell that their techniques are mastered and that nothing is left to chance.
We don't come often, but we are delighted every time. Thank you!

We discovered this restaurant during our vacation and weren't disappointed on our second visit.
The dishes on the tasting menu were perfect, with subtle touches of flavor that enhanced the dishes beautifully.
The service was very pleasant.
In short, we'll be back on our next vacation in the region.
