Honestly, a fantastic restaurant. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff are very helpful. It's true that it's a bit pricey, but it's a very gourmet restaurant. Personally, I find a glass of wine a bit expensive, whether it's white, red, or rosé—it's €6.50 a glass, so even if the food is gourmet, wine is still wine.
I do wish the terrace was a bit brighter. There are small lamps on the tables that are very pretty, but I find the overall lighting a little dim.
Otherwise, I still recommend this restaurant, because the food is excellent, certainly one of the best in Gap.

The food is still good, but the service has declined.
The establishment has changed; they don't give you time to finish your course. The plate disappears as soon as you've finished eating. The same goes for dessert, at the end of which you're directed to the till. Furthermore, it took four requests before we got water. A shame for a place with such a pleasant atmosphere. Considering the price, a significant improvement is needed. We won't be returning.

Awarded the Maître Restaurateur designation, the quality of the dishes offered is excellent. The weekday lunch menus are very affordable, especially considering the quality of the food. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant in the summer.

As always, I wasn't disappointed. This time I wanted to introduce it to my partner and in-laws.
The welcome and service were warm and friendly, both from the owner and the waiter who was filling in for Sylvain. While the tuna was available, the kitchen had forgotten the truffles. The owner made up for it by offering us a complimentary cheese plate. (The table won't be cursed 😅)
The dishes and desserts were as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate. The cocktails were original, and the wine list was impeccable.
Simply perfect.

A warm welcome, excellent menu presentation, and top-notch advice and information.
We ordered an Aubrac sirloin steak and a tuna Rossini steak. Both were cooked perfectly, just as requested, and the taste and presentation were incredible, as they were throughout the entire meal. Thank you again to the whole team; we will definitely be back!
