One of the best restaurants in Cancal with excellent value for money. I highly recommend the menus which offer excellent value for money. Reservation necessary and recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service.

La Mère Champlain is a hotel-restaurant. We only go to the restaurant each time we stay in Cancale and have never had any complaints about the meal or the service.

Superb setting, friendly and responsive staff but the dishes served had the taste and appearance of microwaved dishes.. Too bad!!

I don't know the hotel but I had the chance to dine at the restaurant in August. Everything was delicious (cod carpaccio and monkfish on risotto), impeccable and warm service despite a full house, and a little extra; a water bowl for the dog without having to ask for it! A must-see address!

Plateau de fruits de mer copieux Une jolie vue sur mer. Service efficace. Un restaurant ou on vous laisse le temps de déguster votre plateau sans vous pousser vers la porte pour gagner un service.

Restaurant idéalement bien placé en front de mer doté d une terrasse où nous avons pu déjeuner sous un soleil printanier. L accueil est chaleureux, les produits sont de très bonnes qualités et les prix très abordables. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

20/10/2024: Super restaurant which doesn't look like much from the outside but very pleasant inside with heated terrace, simple dishes but of very good quality at more than reasonable prices.. 21 € (E + P + D) Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Dijo offered by the boss. We'll come back if we're in the area.
20/10/2024: We stopped in Cancale to visit the village and go and taste oysters and white wine in an oyster bar. We came across this little restaurant by chance which delighted us in every way. The service is great, the meal is a real delight and for a really affordable price! Other restaurants in the industry should take example! A very pleasant time spent here and we warmly recommend this address
