Lunch this Sunday. Eggs meurette for a starter, decent but lukewarm. Then calf's head which, unfortunately, was swimming in some kind of sauce. A gargantuan portion, but not what we were expecting. The desserts were equally enormous. Sorry, but this isn't the place we'll remember from Louhans.

Excellent place, a little bit unpretentious, just right. The service was responsive and very welcoming, the calf's head was sublime. Generous portions. I highly recommend it. The added bonus: dogs are welcome.

First time having lunch at this restaurant today. A warm welcome, relatively quick service despite a full dining room, and very good food (market menu at 26 euros). We will gladly return.

Incredible, starter, main course, and dessert were truly top-notch. The pink trout with its baby vegetables and preserved lemons smelled as good as it tasted. 🤤 And dessert was the floating island with pralines, something I've never seen before and very impressive. A perfect sauce to accompany the floating island. Generous, high-quality dishes. We waited a little, but it was worth giving the chef time to work his magic! Thank you to them for this discovery!
