We arrived around 12:30 PM and waited for about 40 minutes on a weekday without a reservation. It's located right at the entrance to Mont Saint-Michel, so everyone who arrived rushed in, and some people gave up because of the long line. The omelet is apparently famous, and I tried it, and it was delicious! I don't think I'd want to eat it again, but I was very satisfied to have tried this famous omelet once. The price was high, as you'd expect in a tourist area. It seems like other restaurants also serve omelets, but if you go to Mont Saint-Michel, you should definitely give it a try!

Excellent welcome at the Auberge. Perfect cuisine, including the must-try omelet! We repeated the experience the next day with the salt marsh lamb: succulent!

An excellent experience. We stayed for one night using a gift voucher we received, a one-night stay with the prestige menu. The initial phone calls were perfect in terms of friendliness. On-site, the staff were also very professional and friendly (at the Relais SM parking, at the concierge, and in the restaurant). The room (red house, 2nd floor) offered a fantastic view. A little dated, but clean and well-equipped. The prestige menu: very good, well-prepared, and generous from appetizer to dessert. A perfect stay.

A very warm welcome in a beautiful setting. The restaurant is ideally located and the service is excellent. The person who looked after us was pleasant and approachable. The dishes are both generous and refined.
