Congratulations to the employees who are very nice and always smiling, although working with people is quite difficult

Everything was excellent, delicious, and the service and friendliness were everything 💕

I've been here several times for a lunch menu. The panini wasn't hot enough, the small cookie with dough on top was haphazardly thrown into the bag so it fell all over the packaging, and I'd ordered a delicious dark chocolate cookie but they gave me white chocolate and I didn't realize it right away. The staff isn't always the friendliest, depending on who you get. In short, of the two locations in Tours, this isn't the one I'll be returning to.

Delicious cookies, but unfortunately a little too expensive.

Visited on January 22nd at 10:15 am. I hadn't been in a while, thank you to the saleswoman who was very pleasant and professional, I wish her all the best for the future. It was also nice to find products I already know (the Cookiz!!) as well as new individual items. I would love for 100% plant-based pastries to become more widespread in France, but that will have to wait 😁
