I highly recommend this restaurant because the guinea fowl was absolutely delicious, not to mention the port and foie gras sauce. As a regular at fine restaurants, I drove an hour and fifteen minutes to meet Cécile and Nicolas, whose restaurant had been recommended to me. It was a culinary discovery worthy of a top-notch gastronomic establishment: perfect cooking, daring combinations of ingredients, and excellent wine selection. The welcome was warm and unpretentious; you felt right at home, and the service was impeccable. More than just a review, it's an invitation to everyone to come and experience it for themselves!
