Another excellent evening at La Mousse de Brochet! This is our second visit to this restaurant and we are just as delighted as before. The dishes are refined, beautifully presented, and the service is truly top-notch. Cécile and Nicolas know how to welcome their customers with warmth and professionalism. We highly recommend it!

From the welcome to the meal, it's flawless. Refined cuisine, everything is homemade from aperitif to dessert. Delicious and generous dishes. A big congratulations to Cécile, a dynamic and ambitious young chef. We'll be back.

I highly recommend this restaurant because the guinea fowl was absolutely delicious, not to mention the port and foie gras sauce. I recommend the Namelaka dessert and the marshmallows with your coffee (and especially the GUINEA FOWL!!). Congratulations to the chef and the waiter! 👍 Louka, 14 years old

22/02/2026: Tasting menu with wine pairing option. Pleasant dining room, attentive service, I found the sommelier very engaging; you can feel his passion for his work! To finish the meal, all the dishes were expertly prepared and presented with high quality! Nothing negative to say. The price reflects what you'd expect. Thank you.
16/02/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the restaurant. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and expertly crafted. However, we were uncomfortable with the aggressive manner in which the waiter spoke to the young apprentice who had followed him to listen to the menu presentation. This tarnishes the restaurant's image, which should be committed to passing on excellent culinary skills with respect and kindness.
