Having come from Beaune to sample the new cuisine of the new owner, one word: excellent, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The welcome and service were impeccable. I highly recommend this establishment.

This was our sixth visit. When cuisine is an art form practiced in this way, using fresh, local produce and elevated in preparation and presentation, each visit is a delightful culinary adventure. Not to mention the warm welcome and service in a refined and understated setting.

We had lunch at La Mousse de Brochet for Mother's Day. The menu they offered for the occasion was excellent, very refined and original; the foie gras with rhubarb was divine.
We appreciated the setting, the warm welcome, and the kindness of the new owners, who are passionate about food.
Everything was perfect. We will be back.

We were staying at the Chambre d'Hôte des Tours Donay in Saint-Laurent-d'Onay (15 minutes away), and I chose this restaurant for dinner to celebrate my partner's birthday. Truly gourmet, we ordered the appetizer of the same name as the restaurant, the tuna, the cheese mousse, the chocolate parfait, and the calisson—it was delicious! Thank you to the waitress and the chef. Go without hesitation.

I have celiac disease, and they adapted their menus very carefully, which is rare.

Dining there two nights was exceptional. The cuisine was innovative, youthful, creative, and fresh—in short, a truly excellent meal. Go and try it; it's well worth the trip. The service was equally kind and friendly. If you haven't yet discovered this restaurant, go and experience it for yourself!

Everything was perfect: understated yet tasteful decor, a very warm welcome, an original and delicious amuse-bouche, and dishes as beautiful as they were tasty... in short, an excellent evening in a restaurant we highly recommend. We will definitely return.
