La Paillote sur Le Chambon-Sur-Lignon

21/05/2026: The restaurant is well located, very close to an old train station, which gives the place a special charm. The food is original and good, with reasonable prices. The staff is pleasant and does their best, although the service is rather slow. It's a shame, because overall it's a really enjoyable experience.

02/05/2026: The food was very finely prepared... but not generous enough... for example, there wasn't enough portion size for the duck parmentier with sweet potato purée and the pavlova for dessert.
