A lovely time spent with the family. Patient servers, excellent food. We'll gladly come back!

It's urgent to correct this terrible 3.6 average rating, which no longer reflects the establishment at all since its (recent) change of ownership. Yes, the food is excellent, the servers are friendly and efficient, and you're served quickly even on busy days (Saturday market). Customer satisfaction is a constant priority: it's the lowest-rated place in Le Chambon, yet paradoxically, you can book with complete confidence. Since the change of ownership, the reviews are no longer representative at all!

An excellent place! We had a wonderful time at La Gargouille. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the dishes delicious, prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was friendly and the setting very pleasant. We will definitely be back!

A true institution since 1957, now back in its prime! Impeccable service, excellent tapas, a warm atmosphere, and a superb sunny terrace. It's a real pleasure to see this place so well-run. Thank you.
