A beautiful and incredibly relaxing place. The evening meals were delicious throughout our six-day stay—a lovely surprise!

We had a lovely night in a very pretty setting. The welcome was very warm and the staff were very pleasant. However, the walls are a bit thin. And I found the price a little high.

What a pleasure to be welcomed with such kindness and attentiveness! I called to reserve a room for my granddaughter Tess and her fiancé for his birthday, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lucie. Even over the phone, you can feel her smile, her kindness, and her desire to please. Lucie was absolutely delightful, incredibly kind, a great listener, and remarkably professional. It's a true pleasure to meet people who radiate so much warmth from the very first contact. The Hôtel Les Arnelles seems to reflect the Camargue itself: a place full of charm, authenticity, and serenity, where you come to find a moment of tranquility in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. I highly recommend this place, run by people who love the Camargue and who know how to share their passion, their warm welcome, and the soul of this magnificent region. Looking forward to discovering Arnelles soon.

We booked through Staycation at this charming little hotel/ranch. It's surrounded by horses and flamingos. The restaurant is fantastic (allergen-friendly), and the rooms are clean and adorable. Special thanks to the receptionist I spoke to on the phone about allergens; she was very kind and welcoming, and she went above and beyond to adapt the restaurant menus. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the peace and quiet, the spaciousness – a true haven of tranquility surrounded by nature! The staff is attentive and charming, the cuisine creative and delicious, and the pool very pleasant. It's also a feast for the eyes, with tasteful decor and layout using high-quality materials.
