We've known Siesta by NC for a few years now and we're never disappointed. Great atmosphere, good food, a pleasant place both day and night, and the music season is about to start.

A great time at La Siesta! The location is lovely and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes all the difference 👍 As for the snacks, I think the flavors were a bit more pronounced a few years ago, but it's still a pleasant place to spend some time.

14/04/2026: It's absolutely fantastic!!! We received a really warm welcome, the horses are lovely. We weren't riding in single file, it felt so good to be completely in sync with our horse! And the gallops were simply incredible! When we came back from the ride, they offered us bull sausage – it was just amazing!!!
