Just received at 11:25 am on Wednesday, September 2nd, by a new gentleman named Omar at reception who was incredibly kind. Smiling, pleasant, and very welcoming, it was truly a pleasure to be received with such kindness. A big thank you to him for his hospitality! 😊

I ordered two flans, a basic one which was good, but the pistachio one was simply exceptional, well done! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The gentleman who served me was incredibly polite and smiling; it's a pleasure to see in 2026.

I don't remember the exact name of the menu item, but the chicken sandwich was really delicious! They also recommended the mayonnaise sauce, which was an excellent choice. All the staff are friendly.

26/07/2026: I popped in briefly to grab two pastries for dessert this evening and couldn't resist the vanilla pecan tartlet. It was amazing! ♡ I'm dying to come back to Annecy to have another one and confirm this 'oumami' of pastry... a delight! On top of that, the staff were so friendly! Please don't stop making this dessert, I'll be back in the winter!!!
