Perfect taste experience! Attentive and attentive service

not as expected
it's more bed 'n breakfast then hotel
the booking website said with parking, but that's just public parking in the street (which is very cheap)
breakfast: only bread with sweet topping (no cheese, no eggs)
the price is okay for what you get, but I expected a bit more when booking "hotel"
there's a big square at 2 min walking distance with lot's of restaurant terraces

Our server, Gianfranco, was absolutely fabulous!
This is an amazing restaurant. The view - the service - the food. Soooo good! We came here for my son’s birthday and we could not have picked a better place. Filet was fab! The lobster pasta was the best I’ve ever had.
The atmosphere is unreal. You’re still in Costa Rica with a gorgeous view but luxury when you’re ready for a little break from pizza or casual food.
Highly recommend!!!

We booked La Papillote last minute as my sister is at the local hospital. Booking the room was very prompt, location is very central near the busy square. Food and service was just perfect, thank you. Kind regards. Teresa.

Habitués des bons restos nous tenons à féliciter le chef pour le superbe repas que nous avons fait ce 26/4/2024. Tout était parfait du début à la fin.Portions généreuses (ce qui n'est plus souvent le cas dans ce type de restaurant). Personnel à l'écoute et qui connait son métier. Avons également apprécié la visite du chef en fin de repas pour échanger nos impressions. A recommander sans hésitations!

Very good gourmet restaurant.
Visual of the dishes, perfect.
Flavor, quality of the food perfect.
Perfect service.
Only one thing, choice in the different menus a little limited.
Maybe add another menu with different dishes to have a little more choice or an a la carte menu.
Otherwise, well done everyone. We had a blast.
