A flawless meal. A limited menu ensures fresh ingredients and perfectly executed dishes. For the €29 Sunday set menu, we chose fish soup, salmon lasagna, and to finish, a coffee and amaretto tiramisu. The fish soup was incredible, bursting with flavor, served with croutons, rouille sauce, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar 👍. A beautifully balanced dish with a delightful texture. The salmon lasagna featured perfectly seasoned vegetables, served with a small green salad, cucumber wedges, grated carrot, and a perfectly balanced vinaigrette. The tiramisu was also very enjoyable, with a wonderful balance of coffee and amaretto. A truly delightful experience; we will definitely be back.

A delightful discovery on a Sunday lunchtime while driving between Bordeaux and a ski trip. Very good, efficient service. Fresh ingredients. The duck was delicious and the vegetable stir-fry was to die for!

A very warm welcome and a beautifully decorated restaurant. The fish velouté and the brandade were truly delicious. The lychee and pineapple crumble was a delightful surprise: the two fruits complemented each other perfectly. I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this romantic getaway, which included a one-night stay, a candlelit dinner, and breakfast. The welcome was immediately warm, making us feel at ease in this exceptional setting, decorated with refined taste. The dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was entirely satisfactory. The cuisine is original, sometimes daring, but always beautifully executed, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service is simple, professional, and efficient, perfectly befitting a one-Michelin-starred establishment. A special mention goes to the dessert, which demonstrates technical mastery and a taste for challenge. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wine selection, which could complement the entire tasting menu. We missed out on a perfect pairing with a white wine from Anjou for our meal, and we would have appreciated the expert advice of a professional sommelier. Thank you nonetheless for this exceptional culinary experience. Breakfast was perfect in the morning. A great place for a romantic weekend.

07/08/2026: We came to Mont-de-Marsan for a few days to visit. We were recommended this restaurant, La Cidrerie. We were delighted with the welcome and the restaurant staff. Everything was spotless, nothing to complain about. I recommend it 100%. Greetings from table 603, the Haute-Savoie locals! Come and eat some delicious baby squid!
