We thoroughly enjoyed this romantic getaway, which included a one-night stay, a candlelit dinner, and breakfast. The welcome was immediately warm, making us feel at ease in this exceptional setting, decorated with refined taste. The dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was entirely satisfactory. The cuisine is original, sometimes daring, but always beautifully executed, a feast for both the eyes and the palate. The service is simple, professional, and efficient, perfectly befitting a one-Michelin-starred establishment. A special mention goes to the dessert, which demonstrates technical mastery and a taste for challenge. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wine selection, which could complement the entire tasting menu. We missed out on a perfect pairing with a white wine from Anjou for our meal, and we would have appreciated the expert advice of a professional sommelier. Thank you nonetheless for this exceptional culinary experience. Breakfast was perfect in the morning. A great place for a romantic weekend.

Bistrot de la Villa. A refined meal (delicious asparagus and perfect trout), very well-balanced and flawless, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine. The value for money is quite reasonable. Reading some of the negative reviews, I'm amazed by the level of hostility some people can display… A 1-star rating should be reserved for completely disastrous experiences (e.g., a terrible meal + frankly unacceptable service). It's astonishing, this extreme severity in a world where things are still manageable (restaurant bubble, work, rigor, consistency…), while outside, it's an understatement to say that public spaces escape this level of expectation. In short, my rating is to raise the average for a quality restaurant (with a Michelin star, for a reasonable price).

Perfectly executed seasonal cuisine, with a particular highlight being the asparagus menu: original, refined, and bursting with flavor. Special mention goes to the local duck, prepared to perfection. The service is impeccable: professional, attentive, and never stuffy. A real bonus is the presence of the chef, approachable and passionate, who shares his culinary world with us. A warm, genuine, and high-quality experience from start to finish. It's hard not to recommend it. A sure bet.

There were seven of us at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was impeccable; the servers knew their products inside and out and took us on a culinary journey. One minor point about the dessert: several of us noted that the shortbread should have been eaten after the vanilla mandarin, and we hadn't been given any indication of the order. The view of the Douze River is fantastic, and the restaurant's facade is spotlessly clean. We'll be back as often as possible and hope to try the bistro-style restaurant. The "Voyageur" ​​cocktail with Pims lacked complexity. This is a restaurant with excellent value for money, where the pursuit of simplicity is paramount.
