I had a classic sandwich! Emmental ham, taste ok but the bread really lacked crispness... it was like "chewing gum" to chew: really unpleasant... it's a shame

The quiches are superb! The fromage one was the best. The choux were also delicious. Their sandwiches are also really good! Great place to go to close to Gare de Lyon.
