A warm welcome, impeccable service and advice; we opted for the ribeye steak, a real treat! Big thumbs up for the bone marrow served with it! Thank you to our waitress Romane for this lovely experience. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable; keep up the good work!

Thank you to the entire team for a delightful time spent at your lakeside restaurant. The view was beautiful, and the welcome and service were absolutely perfect. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back.

While on holiday in the area, we took advantage of a stop at Lake Soustons for lunch. The staff were very welcoming, and since we preferred to eat outside to enjoy the view, they managed to find us a table on the terrace despite the numerous reservations. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the view of the lake stunning! Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended!

28/05/2026: Restaurant in Soustons where we were spending our holidays, very warm welcome, beautiful decor. We chose for our starter an asparagus velouté with morel cream and grilled foie gras cubes, excellent, then a fillet of spring sea bream with vegetables, Bouillabaisse jus, a very good dish. For dessert, I had the Swan with Blood Orange Cream, Suzette Sauce, Parisian-style Orange Blossom Sorbet, very tasty, and my partner had a generous cheese plate.
02/02/2026: Fantastic sophisticated French food, with well-balanced, well-thought-out flavors. Service by the Mrs. was great and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
