The 3.9 is incorrect. This place is amazing. Delicious tiramisu, starters, and salads. The place across the street is packed because I think everyone judges it purely by the ratings. Go eat here, it won't disappoint. The waiter is somewhat inviting, but the waitress is absolutely not. It is a bit pricey, though.

It's a mystery to me how low this restaurant's overall rating is. Today we had the best foie gras we've had in ages and an excellent salmon tartare, both presented in an original and beautifully decorated way on a wooden board. The service was impeccable, and we also appreciated the misting system in the 34°C heat. Highly recommended!

I came with my girlfriend to visit Châteauneuf-du-Pape for the wines, and we ate at this restaurant. Both the service and the food were impeccable. The steak tartare was perfectly cooked, and my girlfriend's duck was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I'll definitely keep this address in mind for future visits!

We ate there this week during our vacation. We received a very warm welcome, even with two babies. The food was delicious, and the desserts were too. Highly recommended! 👍

15/05/2026: I’m referring here to only the restaurant as that’s my only experience here. The service was mostly as expected for a venue of this type. The food, while tasty and visually appealing, was in my view pretentious and underwhelming. Each course lacked the elements to fully satisfy or impress. The wine list was our favorite component and the setting of the restaurant was also exceptional. Sorry to leave a less than perfect score but I want to be honest and constructive. Frankly I think the Michelin emphasis on dainty multi-colored, exotic plates is steering the restaurant industry in a wrong direction.
10/05/2026: A very pleasant fine dining restaurant with a terrace. Like all fine dining establishments, the bill adds up quickly, but it's very refined, with carefully prepared seasonal cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

25/05/2026: We absolutely loved Château des Fines Roches! We came as a family with our Akita Inu, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The welcome was exceptional, both for us and our dog; we immediately felt at home. The location is simply extraordinary, with a magnificent view and a unique atmosphere nestled among the vineyards. The room was superb, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The restaurant also deserves high praise: excellent sommelier recommendations, incredible table service—very professional, but above all, warm and welcoming. You can feel the passion of the staff who truly enjoy taking care of their guests. A perfect experience that we wholeheartedly recommend!
