Very good place I highly recommend if you are a fan of subtle and refined cuisine, a delight for the taste buds, the chef works wonders with his fragrant mixtures which make us discover lots of flavors! A feast from the sight to the taste buds! Excellent !

gastronomic restaurant with excellent food and wine options, beautiful views and professional and friendly service. Excellent food for our lunch menu: superb associations of flavors and use of local products. As always culinary excellency with Christophe Hardisquet. They made also some adaptations for us because of lactose intolerance. We will come back ! Only small thing I would suggest the restaurant is to have a nice vegan cappuccino option.

Quelle agréable séjour dans cette belle région viticole. Un petit paradis un personnel aux petits soins. Merci Des repas délicieux et les chambres fort agréable. Super séjour merci encore à très vite .

Tout est parfait, chambre propre moderne, tout équipée. On a également passé un bon moment au Spa. Le repas excellent , bravo au chef pour cette explosion de saveurs dans le menu végétarien, un vrai délice. Bravo aux serveurs pour leur professionnalisme leur sourire et leur amabilité ! Biensur très bon vin et même le petit déjeuner est excellent.

The ambiance is nice and modern and inviting. The food was simply exceptional. Very flavorful food, every dish was superb quality. We highly recommend this place. The wine selection and the sommelier are great as well !

La Sommellerie

03/03/2024: Newly taken over establishment, good cuisine, service to improve, simple but comfortable room. The only downside is that it is a little far from Châteauneuf du Pape on foot (3km), with no protected path. To do again in a while.
03/11/2023: Belle demeure ancienne et cadre de charme et très calme. Très bon accueil. Je conseille particulièrement de dîner au restaurant qui est vraiment excellent.
