First time at this new restaurant. A very warm welcome, high-quality cuisine with wonderful flavors. A minor criticism: the menu is a bit short, but more importantly, the portions are too small—they look like appetizers… we're in a country known for its delicious food and convivial atmosphere, so a bit more substance is needed. But kudos to the young owners, who have so much potential.

What a wonderful place! Honestly, a gem. We had a meal for eight: the cuisine is creative yet balanced and distinctive. The richness is perfectly balanced with the acidity. The wines are from small, high-quality producers. Frankly, this is bistro at its best. Thank you, James and your team.

We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic dishes and matching drinks at Deja Vu. In Bayonne, it's quite a search to find an original restaurant where you can sample Michelin-starred dishes for a reasonable price, as far as we're concerned. But once you find this restaurant, you've found it... and we had a wonderful time!

What a wonderful surprise! This young couple who took over this little restaurant are fantastic. She is very welcoming and attentive to her customers in the dining room. He is a master of his menu in the kitchen, using delicious local produce. Everything was perfect, well done. We will be happy to come back!

Magnificent welcome. A royal table for two pilgrims who arrived late at night. A big thank you to Jade and James for their hospitality. The hot dish was succulent, and we finished off with a chocolate mousse (and digestif)! Memorable, can't wait to try the croque-monsieur! See you soon ✨

A simple but well-executed menu, delicious dishes expertly prepared, a warm and friendly welcome, and very reasonable prices. We've been there with four people and then returned with ten as a family: always a treat! The desserts are a real treat 😜

16/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! This brasserie, located next to the Bayonne Courthouse, is an excellent place for lunch on weekdays. We ate inside, but there's also a pleasant outdoor terrace. The value for money is unbeatable: a delicious daily special for less than €10—it's hard to beat! The staff is truly attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For families, there's a children's menu, and although high chairs aren't available, booster seats are available. A nice bonus: the option to order dishes and desserts to go is handy. However, I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table, as this place is very popular. In short, a simple, efficient, and friendly place that I highly recommend.

06/12/2025: I was fortunate enough to get a table at this establishment, where I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. The prices were more than reasonable considering the generous portions and the quality of the food. The cuisine at this establishment deserves to be better known. I see a very bright future for Brasserie Thiers. I highly recommend it. Mr. and Mrs. Lunel
