Passing through on the holiday route, we knew the old delicious “Pause du chat” and we must believe that the place with its superb view from the terrace over Lake Bourget attracts good vibes. Umami is simply great, from the careful welcome to the reservation as well as on site, to the dishes - bowls prepared with great taste, Californias and ramens. Too bad we weren't hungry anymore - that's very generous - because the desserts are very tempting. Congratulations to this new restaurant installed 6 months ago. You are great! Continue like this.

A good meal!
Not knowing this restaurant, I decided to make a reservation so that I could eat there for my birthday with my family.
To my great surprise, it’s the best Japanese restaurant in Chambery and the surrounding area!
The staff is super friendly and pleasant!
The sushi is DELICIOUS, not to mention the ramen
I recommend this restaurant which is definitely worth the detour, one of my best experiences to date!

Delicious, but a real downside for cocktails that are way too expensive because they are called "molecular" but quite classic and without any particular flavor. A shame really because otherwise it was flawless.

The kitchen is very good. However, a poor mark for hygiene in the restaurant, the floor is dirty, the table legs and chairs are full of crumbs and traces, despite the beautiful plates it doesn't make you want...

10/10. Food was delicious, fresh, and prepared beautifully. The vibes were amazing with the incredible views overlooking the lake. Staff and waiters were friendly, knowledgeable and even spoke some English which was helpful for us. Drinks were fun and delicious as well. Incredible value for the price!

Everything was a success, from the welcome, the cocktails, the dishes, the rice was perfect and the ingredients excellent, it was as beautiful visually as in taste, frankly it's really a treat for the eyes and the taste buds.
The waiter is kind and absolutely invested in his work. It was a pleasure to go to this restaurant and I will return there without hesitation!

Nothing to say about the service. The framework would need to be renovated. What bothers me is seeing the cook use gloves for preparation, keeping them when going outside (opening the exterior door) and then returning to prepare the orders, still wearing the same gloves.
