La Peche a la Truite sur La Salle-Les-Alpes

We have been frequenting this place for several generations now and the setting is still as pleasant as ever. You have to know how to wait a little bit and not be in a hurry, so much the better, it's the holidays and we've put the watch away. The trout is always just as good, the side dishes are generous and excellent, the homemade desserts, and the family and friendly atmosphere. To do at all costs to have a good time!

Simple meal where you eat your own trout with truly local potatoes. Simple but nice.
