La pergola sur Colmar

A restaurant serving traditional Alsatian dishes, with a very special atmosphere thanks to the witches (who bring good luck in Alsace) hanging from the ceiling alongside small copper cauldrons. The quality is high; I think I ate the best spaetzle of my entire stay in Colmar and the surrounding area (and the Munster pork shank was also amazing). The service was friendly and fast (special mention: we have a small child, and they served him first).

A quick, impromptu visit with friends to this charming little restaurant after a strenuous day of sports. We received a very warm welcome from the staff, who even offered us a quieter table away from the crowd. The very traditional decor immediately immersed us in the atmosphere, and the menu confirmed we'd made the right choice. Each dish looked more tempting than the last, but don't worry: whatever you choose is guaranteed to be delicious! A simple, pleasant moment, delicious and generous portions, and incredibly friendly staff—everything was perfect for a wonderful evening. The only downside is that we're not from the area, so we won't be able to return…

La Pérgola is a charming restaurant in the historic center of Colmar, with a decor typical of themed bars or restaurants, reminiscent of fairy tales or extended Halloween, where fabric and wooden figures hang to create a magical and mysterious atmosphere. Everything we tried was delicious and well-prepared. The juicy and flavorful entrecote, the comforting onion soup, and the tender yet crispy escalope were particularly noteworthy. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Its location in the heart of the old town makes it ideal to combine with a stroll through Colmar's cobblestone streets.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while strolling through the charming streets of Colmar and spontaneously chose it for our dinner! Based on our experience, it's a highly recommended restaurant with a good selection of appealing Alsatian dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! We received a warm welcome and farewell, which is why we will definitely dine here again on our next visit to Colmar! We were shown to a pleasant, cozy table. The food was very well seasoned and prepared! A compliment to the kitchen! I can't remember ever having such a good Bouchée à la Reine. The Spätzle, slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, were simply delicious! The seasonal beer perfectly complemented the delectable meal. A restaurant should offer guests a pleasant experience and serve lovingly prepared food. 'La Pergola' fully lives up to these expectations. A top recommendation from us!!
