Top-notch restaurant! No need to book at fancy restaurants, this one is excellent, very good. The pork cheek is so tender you could cut it with a fork, it melts in your mouth 🥰 and they also have other Alsatian specialties. I highly recommend it :)

A truly magical interlude, so different was the calm and charm of the restaurant from the tourist traps with their rickety tables just a few meters away! We were looking for a more intimate place to eat lunch, and luckily we stumbled upon this small, welcoming restaurant with its typically Alsatian decor. Once seated, it was impossible to believe we were in the heart of Colmar, with its constant flow of people bustling in the streets. As for the service, absolutely nothing to complain about. We were greeted by a woman (whose name I unfortunately don't have) who was very pleasant and friendly throughout the meal. Finally, regarding the dishes, I chose pork cheek in Pinot Noir sauce with a small pan of Spätzle and a crème brûlée for dessert, and I have nothing more to add. It was fantastic! I'll be back whenever I get the chance!

I highly recommend this place! It deserves much more visibility and more objective reviews. The menu is varied, the typical Alsatian cuisine is delicious, and everything is homemade! The restaurant's decor immediately immerses you in the atmosphere. The service is impeccable; the owner is dedicated to her restaurant.
