As a regular at bouillon restaurants, I found this one disappointing; the food was nothing special and the bread was very hard. Luckily, the waiter was friendly.

Delicious and generous portions at an unbeatable price. 25 euros per person for a starter, main course, dessert, and a drink. Friendly servers. Thank you, we had a great time. Thanks for the frosted candles! 😁

A great find this evening at a lovely restaurant recommended by Ibis Labège. The quality of the food was excellent. Everything was homemade! The Bouillon's motto of "very good value for money" was definitely true. The waiter was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

The bar service is very good. Good cocktails. The staff has areas for improvement: their service and friendliness. They practically threw the bread on the table. What a shame!

The concept is brilliant. It's wonderful to find dishes from my childhood: deviled eggs, blanquette de veau, mashed potatoes with sausage... The food is delicious, and above all, very affordable. The only downside is the noise. The restaurant is poorly soundproofed, and even with the person across the hall, it's difficult to have a conversation. It's a tiring din. A shame. Definitely worth trying for the food, though.

11/03/2026: Very good. Excellent service, though perhaps a little slow on weekends, but it is the weekend :). Weekday prices are more attractive and the food is just as good.

30/01/2026: A friend took me there, and I wasn't disappointed—the ribeye steak melted in my mouth. Just one small complaint: the pepper sauce was watery. But everything else was perfect.
11/01/2026: A very good experience; we know why we're coming and we're served what we expect. The portions are generous and it's delicious.
