Good quality home cooking, a bit of a wait for service at lunchtime. Other than that, a very good place!

Excellent service and beautiful dishes at a reasonable price, everything you would expect from a Bouillon.

I love this restaurant. I've been there before with my colleagues and again last night with my husband. We had a wonderful meal. What's great is that they use fresh, high-quality ingredients, cooked beautifully, and at reasonable prices, so you can treat yourself without breaking the bank. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

Good value for money, but it's a shame the chef wasn't more attentive (dinner on October 9th), which didn't make me want to return: the toasted slices of bread with the tuna rillettes were clearly several hours old and weren't re-toasted to restore their crispness, resulting in unpleasantly soggy bread. The waitress was refused reheating by the kitchen. Therefore, I don't recommend this tuna rillettes, the most expensive starter (€7.50). The rest of the meal went well, with good mashed potatoes served with Toulouse sausage, tuna tartare, and a sea bream fillet, which was overcooked but well accompanied. The desserts, chocolate mousse and Fenetras (which I was trying for the first time), were also good. The drinks were reasonably priced (sangria by the glass for €2 or soft drinks for €3). The two servers were pleasant, welcoming, and proactive: it might seem like a small detail, but the simple fact that the server refilled the water on the table without waiting for the customer to ask demonstrates their professionalism and the quality of the service. What could be improved: The kitchen's attitude towards customer feedback. A children's menu (apparently it exists if we heard correctly the order from the next table).

Simply divine dishes, top-notch service from a smiling, dynamic, responsive, and attentive team. And what can we say about the owners? Always present, with a keen eye for detail, but above all, a genuine kindness that shines through in every aspect. ❤️ You can feel the passion of the team, the dedication of the owners, and the warm atmosphere that is sadly all too rare these days. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've discovered a place like this! Here, they delight your taste buds as much as they lift your spirits. 😍 Warning: high risk! You come for a great meal, you leave completely won over… and you'll already be thinking about your next visit! 😂 Well done to the whole team for your great energy, professionalism, and warm welcome. Good value for money. The service is the weak point. The waitresses never look up to check on the customers' needs; it seems deliberate (not a single glance in our direction during the entire meal). There's no other solution than to get up and ask.

A very good experience at Bouillon Labège Toulousain. The goat cheese tatin starter was particularly successful, well-balanced, and flavorful. The half duck breast was good, perfectly cooked, and the meat was high quality. A minor point, however, was the fries, which could have been a little crispier and presented more attractively alongside the dish. Special mention goes to the dessert, which was excellent and a perfect ending to the meal. A pleasant establishment with good value for money. I would gladly recommend it, despite this slight improvement regarding the fries. 😊

Friendly welcome and service. Great recommendations (including the famous and excellent Toulouse fenétra) and delicious food! I'd gladly return!
