What a joy to enjoy such a delicious meal! 😍 Perfectly cooked scallops, accompanied by a flavorful truffle gratin… a true delight. For the starter, the gravlax salmon was of excellent quality, fresh, and delicately prepared. And to finish on a high note, an absolutely delicious poached pear with chocolate 🍐🍫 All enjoyed on the terrace in a very pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant owner is a very friendly and welcoming person, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It was my first time… and certainly not my last! I highly recommend it.

I was looking for comfort that day… I found it at Frédérique's La Perle de l'Ecailler, where I enjoyed an extraordinary fish soup! It was both powerful and flavorful. A masterful simplicity, its generosity offering a truly delightful tasting experience! All accompanied by a lovely Mentou Salon from Clement and a vanilla crème brûlée that my taste buds still remember… Add to that the impeccable service and the owner's kindness, which certainly make me want to return… THANK YOU for this beautiful sunshine!
