La Petite Alsace sur Strasbourg

Location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Strausbourg. Short walk from the train station. Scenic. The lobby and restaurant are modern and feel high end. Service was good. Check in was easy. Our room was on the third floor. Sort of awkward to get to with the bags as ours was located on part of the floor where you need to descend a short staircase. The rooms are modern and quite large. Well appointed with closets, a room safe, TV, fridge/minibar, coffee/expresso maker, etc. Bathroom was a little bit dated and the shower is awkward to use but it gets the job done (its more of a tub with a wand than a shower). We didn't eat at the restaurant. Check out was simple. I was not able to use the spa, but I could see the jacuzzi type tub from our room window and it looked quite nice. Another thing to consider that we did not realize....we were on the third floor and it got pretty warm during the daytime the two days of our stay...this heated the room up quite a bit. I couldn't get the temperature controlled so I called the front desk. They told me that there is no air conditioning and to open a window. With the windows opened we were just fine. But I do wonder what it would be like during a hot summer month. We've been to Seattle a few times, and people there live without air conditioning, but with global warming and some of the heat waves, it can get quite uncomfortable especially for sleeping when temps reach 80 to 90+ F.

A wonderful 3-night stay in a magnificent hotel in the heart of Strasbourg with very pleasant and welcoming staff! The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring excellent products! The spa was calm and soothing, and the valet parking service was top-notch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Built on the site of an old mill. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the location is excellent—once you've parked your car, you'll never have to touch it again. The spa and pool overlooking the old town are very beautiful.

Lovely hotel located on the most interesting and unique neighborhood of the city. Beautiful and modern rooms, very nicely refitted and with great views over the river. Excellent service and access for the cars 🚗.

A lovely little surprise in my room for my second stay: a note that I really appreciated. I will definitely return to this hotel. In the evening, the staff is incredibly attentive in the room. Thank you to the housekeeping, reception, and breakfast staff. The spa always offers a warm welcome and a relaxing hour awaits.

A very warm welcome in this beautiful hotel. An architectural triumph.

The hotel is very well located. The room was spacious but dated, with a wooden window overlooking the street that let in noise and cold air. The room was poorly soundproofed; you could hear the neighboring rooms. The bathroom toiletries were of average quality and weren't replenished during our stay. The toilet paper was very thin. The bedding was average compared to other 5-star hotels. The extra bed for a 13-year-old was very small, and the armchair that converts into a bed is probably only suitable for children under 10. We have very mixed feelings about our stay at this hotel.
