03/04/2026: It's open every day and the service is friendly, which is rare in the Concordat region! La Rose des Sables is as subtle as its name: a delicate blend of raspberry and chocolate mousses surrounded by a milk chocolate petal, just a touch sweet, it's an ephemeral delight you wish would last forever.
