We have just retested the brunch: what a pleasure to find a single service (reason for our return) as well as a buffet that has returned to the level of what we might expect. It was delicious and the service was friendly and organized. Only two very small drawbacks: tables that remain a little crowded and a somewhat basic dessert offering (why not add crepes or wagashi, for example) We will come back very soon!

Summary: Disappointed by the buffet Recommendation: do not choose the buffet if you come after 9 a.m. For what? There was no more flan, no more crepe and the Lebanese mezze (the choice is not as varied as one might imagine) offered were cold

Regarding the brunch, the place was quite noisy (more than before), more bistronomic canteen than palace, while the price has increased significantly in a few years. Less luxury than the Ritz or the Bristol. To see according to what you are looking for.
