After a stroll on the beach, a quick stop at this lovely spot will delight you. Pleasant service, very polite staff, clean place. A renowned establishment: Chez Sam A place worth revisiting sometime 👍

Nothing like the previous owners. Much, much better; a few organizational and reception details still need to be ironed out. I highly recommend this new establishment, with its completely renovated decor.

Pleasant restaurant offering delicious and delicious dishes. We tasted the various specialties: Maroilles cheese, mussels, Welsh, and Flemish carbonnade, and it was a treat! I recommend it.

La Civette

08/11/2025: We stumbled upon La Civette quite by chance, after driving along the beach from Dunkirk, and honestly, we couldn't have found a better spot. My friend and I received a super warm welcome. A special shout-out to the owners, Steven and David, as well as all the regulars we met (Franck and Tony), who immediately made us feel at ease, as if we'd been part of the group forever! We had a truly wonderful time, full of good cheer and great encounters. We would have loved to stay much longer, but we had to rush off to catch the bus back to Dunkirk! A huge thank you again to everyone for this fantastic time, and especially to David who drove us back to the bus station at the end of the evening!
27/10/2025: The place doesn't look like much, but it offers a warm welcome, excellent mussels and fries and a delicious tarte tatin.

09/07/2025: We chose the mussels, they were well cooked but the portions were a little small.
28/06/2025: Atmosphere, decor, little background music, a peaceful moment for a meal for two, everything is perfect and a divine meal
