I had dinner at La Petite Mairie and was very satisfied with the experience. The staff is friendly, efficient, and speaks English, which is definitely appreciated by tourists.
I tried the meatballs with mushrooms and spätzle, followed by a tarte Tatin: both dishes were truly delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented.
The restaurant is welcoming and pleasant, with a traditional atmosphere that makes lunch even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is also good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I gave 5 stars because I think the price-quality ratio, authenticity and feel are balanced for such a rating. Traditional food very tasty, service helpful and kind, quality of food obvious. Of course it is not a Michelin type restaurant but it meets everything that a good restaurant should contain.

I'm a celiac on a strict gluten-free diet, and I have to say this is one of the few places in Strasbourg that has good gluten control (they tell you what you can eat), they have plenty of options, and they're careful about traces. The food is delicious; I recommend it 100%.

Good quality Alsatian dishes
The only flaw was the fish dish recommended by the chef, which was already sold out by 8:00 PM.
