Given the prices, it's hard to complain: clothes around €2 to €5, kitchen items sometimes for less than €1, books at pay-what-you-want prices! And it's not uncommon to find real gems in terms of decorative objects... In short, a very nice shop, well-run, and with very welcoming staff! It's a shame that this kind of establishment sometimes falls victim to unscrupulous predators who take advantage of the low prices to fuel their own online secondhand businesses...

08/06/2026: Restaurant booked on a whim via The Fork and a wonderful surprise! We received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout dinner. The café was fully booked, but this didn't affect the service at all. The €70 set menu was very generous, flavorful, and beautifully presented. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered the tapas as a starter, but I have no regrets as everything was delicious. I highly recommend it!
15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for Valentine's Day. The truffle pasta shells are highly recommended. I was disappointed not to have any icing on top of the mille-feuille... 😭 The servers were very professional and genuinely friendly. A quiet and very beautiful restaurant. I recommend it.

La Rotonde - place Stalingrad

11/09/2026: The "Rotonde of Stalingrad" (aka "Rotonde de Ledoux") is a neoclassically tollhouse designed by Claude-Nicholas Ledoux for the "Place de la Vilette" (then Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad). Nowadays, the rotunda serves a coffe shop, as restaurant, and as nightclub. Back in the 18th century, it served as tollhouse of the tax-farmers, now it does tax your coffee and cocktails.
10/09/2026: Terrace reserved for 80 people, excellent organization and a very pleasant setting. The rest of the evening in the Rotonde nightclub was also great!
