What a culinary discovery in Le Tréport. We have visited many restaurants in this lovely coastal tow, all of them good and worth a mention, but none compare to the excellent cuisine at La Pile d'Assiettes. It is an absolute delight. The kitchen demonstrates skilled, expert craftsmanship, offering highly refined flavors and top-quality ingredients. Listing every dish and course would go beyond the scope of this review, simply put, you should visit it, it comes highly recommended. We will be back....(In closing, the establishment's excellent service, provided by the owner, deserves mention, it was truly outstanding...)....

At "La Pile des Assiettes" (The Stack of Plates), the only risk is leaving with a stack of delicious memories! I had the pleasure of dining there with my sister yesterday, and we both left absolutely delighted. Each dish is a true work of art, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. From appetizer to dessert, it's flawless, a veritable explosion of flavors. You can immediately tell that the food is prepared with passion, using the freshest ingredients. The side dishes, herbs, spices, and seasonings combine to create a marriage of exquisite flavors, highlighting each ingredient without ever masking its character. The portions are generous and perfectly balanced: you leave feeling completely satisfied, without the slightest hint of heaviness. And what can I say about the owner? Welcoming, refined, and attentive, she infuses this establishment with an elegance and warmth that make the experience even more memorable. It gives the place a soul as delightful as its cuisine.
