Vegetarians for years, looking for flavors, we ate there 2 years ago during a stay at the hotel
The restaurant was not yet 100% vegetarian but certain dishes were already offered there, we had a great time
Delighted to find it entirely plant-based, we came back
We were very disappointed with a tasteless discovery menu, served quickly
None of the 4 dishes pleased us
Steamed vegetables with bland mousselines…, sauces too salty or not at all
Only the dessert was to die for (lavender ice cream, caramelized pears, shortbread… a pure marvel)
Apparently, our opinion is very different from other customers, given the glowing comments

A first for me in a vegetarian restaurant (with an option for meat fans). It was a perfectly realized sequence of flavors and textures served by very pleasant staff in a cozy atmosphere. The dishes are sufficiently copious, carefully prepared and full of flavors, a marvel!
A very good restaurant which takes the challenge of vegetarian cuisine in skiing. A friendly setting for dishes that are a change from mountain cuisine.

Restaurant that takes the side of vegetarian cooking in the mountains, and it’s a success! The dishes are original, tasty and delicious! Going against the clichés which say that vegetarians are not healthy. Special mention for the particularly beautiful, unusual and tasty desserts!
