La Pizza de Nico sur Bischwiller

I highly recommend it! A very pleasant welcome, I'll be back!!

A must-try pizzeria in Bischwiller. The pizzas are excellent: thin crust, generous toppings, and a good selection 🤌 Fast service. I always eat in, but I know they also deliver. As for the staff, the owner and his wife are lovely, always smiling, and really go out of their way for customers, provided you're courteous and respectful in return. Because with the types of customers you sometimes see, good luck to restaurant owners these days, lol. The rest of the staff are also always pleasant and smiling; it's always a pleasure to come every week 🙂 Thanks to the whole team.

I give my unbiased opinion; people tend to comment when things don't suit them, but when something is perfect, they go unnoticed. What distinguishes this establishment is above all the high standards applied to the preparation of its products: A remarkable artisanal dough: shaped daily on-site from a blend of selected Italian flours, the dough is distinguished by its lightness, its incomparable crispness, and its perfectly controlled air pockets. Top-quality ingredients: sun-ripened tomatoes for the sauce, carefully chosen melting cheeses, and flavorful charcuterie garnish each creation with impeccable balance. Consistent expertise: optimal cooking guarantees a harmony of textures and flavors, revealing the richness of each recipe. Beyond the quality of the food, the establishment stands out for its warm welcome, efficient service, and friendly atmosphere, which honor the Alsatian tradition of hospitality. Whether it's a quick bite or a moment to share with family, La Pizza de Nico knows how to transform a simple popular specialty into a true gourmet experience.

A customer for 15 years, never disappointed. I was there again last weekend. I'd already organized a team lunch. We placed the order at 11:30 am, 14 pizzas, and received them at 11:55 am. The whole team was delighted. The owner and his staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I always order pizzas there, they're very good, crispy crust, yum, it makes my mouth water!

An excellent pizzeria that I highly recommend! The pizzas are always delicious, generous, and carefully prepared. The staff is outstanding: welcoming, smiling, and attentive, which greatly contributes to the pleasure of coming here. There's a great atmosphere every time I visit, and it's always nice to experience this friendly vibe. It's sometimes regrettable to see a real vendetta in some Google reviews, with several negative comments about the same problem, on the same day or evening. When a problem arises, the most constructive approach is to contact the pizzeria directly so the team can explain and, if necessary, find a solution and provide a replacement. Reviews should primarily reflect a genuine and balanced experience, rather than being used to unfairly lower a rating, whatever the motivations, especially competitive ones. As a Google Local Guide, I know what I'm talking about and how much reviews can influence a business. Personally, I always value honest, nuanced feedback based on real experience. And here, my experiences have been very positive: congratulations to the whole team, and please don't change a thing. See you soon...

For 25 years I still haven't found anything better in Bischwiller or the surrounding area.

Passing through Bischwiller, I stopped by for a meal on Friday. I had a Royale cake for €10.50, which was excellent! The staff are great, and the owner was very attentive! I highly recommend it.

I was craving pizza, so I ordered it there. The service was very quick and the staff were very friendly! The pizza was delicious! If you're looking for a pizzeria with great value for money, this is the place!

I've been going to Pizza Nico since I was little, and honestly, it's still just as good! 🍕❤️ The pizzas are excellent, and the owners are lovely, always welcoming and friendly. It's a place I love and always return to with pleasure.
