05/04/2026: The service was quick and normal, the setting typical of Alsace, but the food... No choice, even though we were told there would be a limited menu in addition to the Easter menu... €45 for a starter, main course, and dessert... Two dishes in sauce that just need reheating and are inexpensive... Lamb rump steak 😅 Everyone knows that leg of lamb should be cooked quickly and not in a stew because it becomes dry, so roasted, cooked pink with a jus, that's acceptable, but this in a sauce, we wondered if it wasn't beef bourguignon or pork... So, in terms of quality and price, there's a discrepancy! I don't want to blame anyone, but they need to rethink things; otherwise, we're surprised that people don't go to restaurants anymore and prefer to cook at home!
05/04/2026: Very disappointed with our Easter family meal.
I called three weeks ago to make a reservation, asking if they knew the menu, and they said no, but that wasn't a big deal. I made sure they had other options, and the person told me there would be an à la carte menu, a smaller one, but a menu nonetheless. Arriving today, I was surprised to find only the Easter menu (45 euros, no less!). The meal wasn't bad (served not very hot, but never mind...). 45 euros for a menu with vol-au-vents? What a rip-off! The "rump steak" of lamb was more like an overcooked stew in sauce. The side dishes were meh... so-so rice and mashed potatoes. The only nice thing was the foie gras crème brûlée. A chocolate mousse for dessert. And the price of the wines?!
So, sorry, but disappointed. It felt like a complete rip-off! And of course, no one in charge to discuss it with. I didn't want to bother the waiters, who were very kind and did the best they could....

28/08/2025: August 2025 – From the outside, the place is very discreet... but once you step through the door, you feel like you've left the city behind and entered a warm and unique world. A welcoming smile and a friendly atmosphere.
On the right side, a lovely, well-stocked garden; on the left, the restaurant with a swimming pool in its center. Around it, there are not only tables and chairs, but also a four-poster bed, sun loungers, benches... in short, plenty of cozy corners to enjoy a pleasant moment.
The decor, the atmosphere, and the menu, of course, are reminiscent of the owner's home country: Ivory Coast. There were five of us. We started by tasting the house cocktails: original, fruity, delicious, with or without alcohol. We shared all the starters to discover everything, then tried the chicken mafé... a delight!
This restaurant/B&B was a wonderful surprise, where we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: We went to eat at the restaurant and were delighted. The meal was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert, with great taste and flavor. The service was impeccable, provided by a smiling and very pleasant young woman who offered excellent advice.
We will gladly return. We highly recommend it.

16/03/2026: Passing through Bischwiller with my friends, I wanted to grab a pizza. They recommended this pizzeria, which they've been going to for a long time. I must say it was a real find; the pizza was excellent, the staff friendly, and the prices more than reasonable—in fact, for that size of pizza, I'd never seen anything like it. See you soon, I'll definitely be back.
15/03/2026: I find the owner extremely unpleasant to his employees, just as he is to his customers! A few months ago, during a phone call about an order, he couldn't understand my mother on the phone. He implied she was disabled and asked me again when I went to pick up the tarte flambée! Tonight, I went to get my tarte flambée, and they were in the middle of a rush. The cashier was out of change, so to give change to a customer, she asked the owner if there was any more. He replied that he had given it to another employee and continued his conversation with his friends in front of everyone. Another customer gave him the missing change. He completely left his employees in the lurch!

26/02/2026: Very disappointed. We ordered a bad pizza and got one. We called to complain, and the person practically told us to get lost.
They make mistakes often there.
30/12/2025: Fantastic! We ordered tonight, and the pizzas were excellent! One pizza was forgotten but not charged, so we said it wasn't a problem since we had five others! Surprise! A few minutes later, the gentleman returned with the missing pizza!! We highly recommend them! Even the lady on the phone was very pleasant!

Restaurant aux trois fleurs

14/09/2024: En temps normal, je mettrai 5 …car c’est définitivement la MEILLEURE tarte flambée de la région !
En revanche une politique récente de la maison a décidé de fermer la petite salle en face du bar qui était jolie, chaleureuse , calme et intimiste ….pour ne garder que les deux grandes salles (faute de personnel, disent ils) et ces deux grandes salles sont insupportables, pas très jolies et surtout très bruyante, donc vraiment pas du tout agréable et cela gâche le plaisir de venir ! remettez svp du personnel et réouvrez cette petite salle pour que nous ayons toujours plaisir à venir aux trois Fleurs. Merci merci beaucoup par avance.
02/06/2024: Au vu des commentaires mais en même temps la recommandation de plusieurs personnes, nous avons décidé de réserver aux 3 fleurs.
Accueil très sympathique et super efficace
Les tartes flambées sont vraiment très bonnes et cela devient de plus en plus rare dans le secteur de Haguenau.
Les tarifs très corrects aussi
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

25/05/2024: Plats très bon et de bonne taille. Super service, les plats valent largement le peu de temps d’attente. Service super sympa. Je recommande car ils proposent des plats qui sont assez unique et c’est super bon.
