Pleasant place and excellent service! The food could be improved; the Serrano pizza lacked toppings and the crust was too dry.

Ferme auberge du Moulin des 7 fontaines

16/05/2026: The welcome was truly warm, the setting magnificent, The service impeccable and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals (pork escalope, veal escalope, rabbit, or beef steak) – the portions were generous. Our rooms were spacious, with a large bathroom. A superb and wonderfully peaceful natural setting. We will be back. Thank you for everything.
26/04/2026: Quaint restaurant for day trips from the village. Small but excellent menu.

12/09/2026: A must-try in Soultz-sous-Forêts! 🤩 A warm welcome, top-notch service, and truly delicious, generous, and flavorful cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 😍 A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
01/08/2026: Just perfect! Really great french cuisine and just really great dishes! Even fresh peas and beans. Great service in a mix of german/english and french. But just perfect in any way! One Star less on the food because the fish was very overdone, the margret de canasrd etc. was really perfect. Its just the fish that was too dry. But we will come again.
