La Pizza D'Hendaye sur Hendaye

The pizzas are usually very good, but unfortunately I waited 30 minutes outside even though there weren't any other customers. They simply forgot to tell me they were ready. As if I was supposed to guess! So the takeaway pizzas were cold. No apology, of course. Appalling service.

Good sandwiches, a whole baguette, and a very large pan bagnat too. The value for money was surprising, so it's quite nice for a restaurant overlooking the ocean. The young waiter was very kind and attentive, unlike the owner, I think, who was at the till. He annoyed me just with his grumpy look because we didn't know our table number. We weren't the ones who planned the restaurant and terrace layout; it's up to them to organize it, and it's not the end of the world to have forgotten a stupid number. He spoke insolently, as if he was annoyed that we were paying. Even when asking for our PIN, he sighed. I was shocked by his childish behavior when people come to eat at his restaurant… Luckily, the food wasn't too bad. I couldn't help but think that maybe they should smile and thank the customers. What a shame!

An ideal spot to enjoy a meal overlooking the beach in the shade of parasols. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and the crust is among the best I've ever had—particularly light and crispy with a wonderful flavor. I can't wait to return for another delicious treat!

The pan bagnat was well-filled and tasty. The panini was decent.

The people are welcoming, very friendly, their food is great, and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Best pizzas I've ever had! Excellent dough, high-quality and generous toppings. All this overlooking the ocean...you couldn't ask for anything better!

The food was excellent and the waiter was very friendly. I will definitely return in the future. The portions were very generous; I was pleasantly surprised. My first reaction upon seeing them was, "Wow!"
