21/05/2026: Excellent. The prices are very competitive compared to other establishments in the city. The service staff is very friendly and professional, even with a constant influx of customers. They also manage the crowd very effectively by offering seating for those waiting. I highly recommend it.
19/05/2026: There are restaurants where you eat well. And there are rare ones where you receive such warm service. La Cave du Salut, nestled on the edge of Fécamp's harbor, belongs to this second category—the most precious. That day, with the Norman sun shining, we opted for a table on the quayside terrace. It was full. A classic situation, but with an unexpected outcome: the waiter, without batting an eye, suggested we sit on the concrete blocks of the quay, returned immediately with cushions, and then took our aperitif order as if nothing had happened. Nothing had happened, except for a sense of hospitality we hadn't expected to find sitting on concrete overlooking the harbor. Once a table became available, the move was seamless, the order followed, and the cuisine lived up to the welcome: refined, satisfying, and unpretentious. The customer is taken care of from arrival to departure, with a natural fluidity that cannot be improvised. This restaurant should offer internships. Highly recommended.
