Very good. The dishes are generous and tasty, the yellow chicken with morel mushrooms in white wine sauce and potatoes was delicious, and the apple tart with vanilla ice cream was delicious.

While in Luxeuil-les-Bains, we visited the thermal baths. We left around 8:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. We wanted to get something to eat and saw that this restaurant was open until 1:00 am. Arriving at 9:15 pm, we received a rather cold welcome. We were told we needed to order fairly quickly. The menu was quite expensive. Fortunately, they had reasonably priced but good pizzas. A shame about the service.

09/03/2026: A great restaurant for everyday dining. Maybe stop by for lunch. Real meals, not just fast food. Just like Mom used to make. Good value and plenty of food. For RVers: You can wash your vehicle, refuel, grab a bite to eat, and shop at ACHUN in the parking lot.

11/03/2026: The hotel was fine, the best thing about it was the on-site restaurants, both brasserie and gourmet.
04/03/2026: The room was a decent size but dated...the window wasn't airtight, so there was traffic noise; the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, especially in the bathroom.
