There were 14 of us, and almost all of us tried the "portance" (a type of seafood dish); it's quite an original dish.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming; I recommend it.

Valentin gave us a wonderful welcome.
What can I say about the lamb?
Perfect, the lamb was incredibly tender.
And the marrow bones were succulent and perfectly seasoned.

We came with friends and had a perfectly cooked duck/beef spit-roasted meat. The service was friendly and the food excellent. Honestly, everything was perfect – a place not to be missed! 🥰

A must-visit restaurant. Everything is delicious and the staff are very friendly. It's a typical spot near Valloire. It's well worth the detour, if only to eat the incredible local specialties.

A restaurant at the ends of the earth where you feel right at home. The welcome is warm, the food excellent, and the staff incredibly attentive.

In this legendary restaurant, reminiscent of an old mountain inn and seemingly defying the Galibier pass, nestled in a magnificent setting, the owners offer a warm welcome.
The dishes are simply superb. The traditional Potence is a must-try, and the pepper fondue is a delightful discovery.
The desserts are just as delicious as the main courses!
We've been coming here for years, and the spirit of La Poutre lives on with this new team. We'll be back this summer during our vacation... without hesitation!! 😊
