We were able to try the daily special as well as the regular menu, and every dish we ordered, from appetizer to dessert, was truly excellent: quantity, quality, and flavor! Not to mention the waitresses who were very friendly and efficient.

A wonderful discovery just five minutes from Place Stanislas, tucked away on a quiet side street. Good value for money. The cuisine is original and beautifully presented. I recommend the Stan cocktail, made with mirabelle plums, as an aperitif.

02/07/2026: An excellent dinner served with a smile! It was delicious, an address to remember, recommended by true connoisseurs of Nancy!
26/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The menu offers subtle and flavorful semi-gastronomic cuisine, with an elegant presentation that whets the appetite from the moment the dishes arrive. Special mention goes to the service, which was both professional and warm. The value for money is quite reasonable for such an experience.

Le Capu

10/10/2026: Noisy atmosphere in the evening. Refined food, but the service was overwhelmed. Would go back.
10/10/2026: We came here during a visit to Nancy. Beautiful place, good food, but our wine with the main course did not arrive, despite the fact that we had discussed it with the sommelier. When we made a point, it was dismissed as a minor oversight. That was it; our appetite for dessert was gone. I would surely expect salt and pepper and some butter or olive oil on the table in this genre of restaurant, especially considering the price. There is clearly still work to be done on the organization in the dining room.
