This restaurant boasts one Michelin star, richly deserved. The setting is magnificent and exceptionally well-located, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the cuisine is outstanding. We had a wonderful time, and Chef Coulombeau is apparently opening a workshop to offer cooking classes; I will definitely be attending.

Hello. We had dinner on the terrace in the evening, which was very pleasant, but the lighting was a bit dim. The flavors of the dishes were surprising, but the portions were very small. A shame... The outdoor smoking area is right next to the terrace. Would it be possible to move it slightly? Thank you. We had a lovely evening.

10/09/2026: Overall, we had a very pleasant time. The setting is truly magnificent, and the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and professional. However, there were a few minor issues with the food: several dishes arrived lukewarm, some were slightly underseasoned, and we sometimes found the portions a little small. Considering these points, we unfortunately felt the value for money wasn't quite there. Nevertheless, it was still a lovely experience, and we would gladly return, hoping that these few details will be addressed.
27/08/2026: We visited the establishment for the first time yesterday. A first step into the world of fine dining. All the staff were incredibly attentive. Very polite, smiling, and friendly, we didn't feel at all uncomfortable despite the restaurant's decor. I particularly appreciated the chef coming to ask our opinion about the atmosphere and whether the meal was good. He stopped at each table, which I found wonderful. We will definitely return to your establishment. A big thank you to Sabrina, whose kindness and knowledge of the restaurant's history made our experience truly enjoyable. A radiant person who, thanks to her, allowed us to celebrate our one-year anniversary with my partner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Best regards, Mr. Alexander
