A magnificent place, refined cuisine, and a true discovery with every bite. A rare bonus: the wine pairings with the menu were a real plus! A lovely evening just steps from Place Stanislas.

Excellent food with good service, it's a shame it was cold in the dining room.

Everything was perfect. A slight "disappointment" with the prestige cuvée wines. But that didn't spoil this exceptional moment.

This restaurant boasts one Michelin star, richly deserved. The setting is magnificent and exceptionally well-located, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the cuisine is outstanding. We had a wonderful time, and Chef Coulombeau is apparently opening a workshop to offer cooking classes; I will definitely be attending.

Hello. We had dinner on the terrace in the evening, which was very pleasant, but the lighting was a bit dim. The flavors of the dishes were surprising, but the portions were very small. A shame... The outdoor smoking area is right next to the terrace. Would it be possible to move it slightly? Thank you. We had a lovely evening.

Le Capu

10/10/2026: Noisy atmosphere in the evening. Refined food, but the service was overwhelmed. Would go back.
10/10/2026: We came here during a visit to Nancy. Beautiful place, good food, but our wine with the main course did not arrive, despite the fact that we had discussed it with the sommelier. When we made a point, it was dismissed as a minor oversight. That was it; our appetite for dessert was gone. I would surely expect salt and pepper and some butter or olive oil on the table in this genre of restaurant, especially considering the price. There is clearly still work to be done on the organization in the dining room.

18/09/2026: The dishes are exceptional, simply incredible, and very reasonably priced. For me, it's a must-visit restaurant in Nancy.
