What a discovery of flavors and textures with Japanese influence! We were particularly surprised by the appetizer, which featured 30 different carrot preparations! What delightful surprises! Our sincere congratulations to the Chef and his team, from the front of house to the kitchen!

My first Michelin-starred experience. The food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the carrot starter and all its variations. The wine pairings were far more surprising than the prestige wines. However, since I tend to tire of white wines quickly, I ordered red for my third glass (the menu included four glasses of wine). I would have preferred to be seated in the main dining room for the ambiance and setting, but I should have mentioned that. Perhaps next time.

A reliable choice, always impeccably maintained and highly regarded. The food is excellent and the staff attentive. Just one small point (just to nitpick and always strive for improvement! 😉): serving bottled Coke is definitely preferable to serving it in a glass from a larger bottle. Otherwise, don't change a thing!

With the tasting menu accompanied by four glasses of wine, we had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the end of the meal. The staff was fantastic and the dishes were magnificent.
